Egnition Partners — Program Terms

You earn $50 USDper qualifying conversion. A qualifying conversion is a Shopify merchant who installs an Egnition app via your tracked affiliate link and activates a paid subscription within 60 days of that install. Free trials don't count — the merchant has to start paying.

One commission per merchant per app. A merchant who installs three different Egnition apps via your links and activates paid plans on all of them earns three commissions; a merchant who upgrades their plan tier on the same app earns one commission, regardless of tier.

Payouts run monthly via PayPal Mass Pay, on or around the first of each month. You must add a PayPal email to your account before you can be paid.

Minimum payout is $50.If your payable balance is below $50 at month end, it rolls forward to the next month. Any unsettled deductions (see Section 3) roll forward in the same way and can create a temporarily negative balance, which we'll recover from your next positive payout before paying you.

Commissions are held for 30 daysafter the merchant's paid subscription activates before they become payable. The holdback covers the typical Shopify refund window.

If the merchant cancels, declines, or freezes the subscription, or uninstalls the app, within 60 days of activation, the commission is clawed back. Claw-back applies regardless of whether the commission has been paid yet:

• Commissions in pending or payable status are simply marked clawed-back and don't appear in any payout.
• Commissions that were already paid become a reversal. The amount is deducted from your next positive payout. If your next month's earnings don't cover the reversal, the balance carries forward.

Claw-back is one-way. If a cancelled merchant later reactivates, their original commission is not restored — the reactivation may earn a new commission only if it's freshly attributed to a valid affiliate link.

Eligible apps and commission policies may change over time. The current eligible list is visible on your dashboard once you're approved. Apps marked as free (currently: Simple Sample Data) are not commissioned.

Honest promotion only. You may not:

• Make misleading claims about Egnition's apps or pricing.
• Send spam (email, SMS, comments, forum posts) containing your link.
• Drive traffic from incentivised, bot-generated, or low-quality sources.
• Bid on Egnition's brand names in paid search (e.g. "Bestsellers reSort", "Multi-Store Sync") without prior written permission.
• Misrepresent yourself as Egnition staff or imply official endorsement.

Egnition reserves the right to suspend or remove affiliates from the program at any time, with or without notice, including forfeiting unpaid commissions if the conduct above is observed.

You may use your own affiliate link on your own Shopify stores. The same 60-day conversion window, 30-day holdback, and 60-day claw-back rules apply. Stores that cycle install → activate → cancel to harvest commissions will be removed from the program.

Affiliates are responsible for any tax obligations in their own jurisdiction. Egnition does not withhold tax and does not issue tax forms (e.g. 1099, W-8BEN). The payment reference in your payout history is sufficient documentation for your records.

Egnition may update these terms at any time. Material changes — anything that affects your commission rate, payment schedule, or claw-back rules — will be communicated via email to active affiliates at least 14 days before they take effect.
